I had a cool idea the other day
that I think is worth thinking
about. You can be in business in
less than a week and the
potential is huge.
It’s a little tricky. But it is
such a unique and untapped idea
I think you’ll love it.
I was approached last week by
someone who asked if I sold a
Spanish version of my book. The
potential customer had a Spanish
wife and wanted to purchase
Virtual Property Tycoon for her
as a present. The only problem
was she couldn’t read English.
Unfortunately I had to explain
that I didn’t have a Spanish
version. But this got me
thinking.
The Asian and Hispanic markets
are huge untapped goldmines
online. Everyone focuses solely
on the English speaking
countries with their info
products. But don’t you think
Spanish speaking people want to
learn how to make money online
too? Don’t you think people in
What you could do is approach
product or web site owners with
American English based products
and ask them if you could sell
their product to say the
Hispanic or Russian market, for
example, in exchange for a
royalty payment. You could have
it translated into the different
language and, voila, you’ve got
your own info product without
having to do any thinking
yourself.
Now there is one problem here
which is pretty blatant. I can’t
speak another language and I’m
sure many of you are the same.
So how would you create a
foreign product and sell to a
foreign market if you can’t
speak the language?
You can go to
elance.com and
guru.com and hire
people from the specific
countries that you intend to
target. Get them to rewrite the
book, hire a customer service
representative from that country
and you’re away.
Ok it’s not going to be that
easy and I admit that. But it’s
something you should think
about. Whilst so many of us are
fighting over the American
English markets the really
clever marketers are
capitalising on markets in
non-English speaking countries
and making a fortune.
Ask yourself if you know anyone
who can speak a foreign language
fluently. If you do, tell them
about this proposal. You market
the site, they translate the
book and articles etc, and you
split the profits. You could
create your own slice of virtual
property, and help a friend or
family member, very quickly.
Avoid The Social Media Bandwagon
Perry Belcher and Ryan Deiss are
currently in the process of
launching a course on marketing
using social media like
Facebook.com and Twitter.com I
don’t want you wasting you hard
earned cash needlessly so here’s
my take on the whole thing.
Facebook and Twitter are very
useful when it comes to creating
more solid relationships with
your customers and subscribers.
You can use them to add more of
a personal touch to your
business by letting your
subscribers add you as a friend
on Facebook.com and see pictures
of you and your personal life
(if you want them to). You can
also create a following using
Twitter.com and people can read
your message updates. Don’t
worry if you don’t yet
understand facebook or twitter.
You don’t need to.
So when it comes to creating
more solid relationships I am
all for it. However, when it
comes to marketing successfully,
I’m not too convinced. I
remember when Stompernet
launched a social media
marketing course early last
year. It was meant to be the
next big thing and it wasn’t.
The same, in my opinion, will be
said about Ryan and Perry’s
course. It’s all too new for
anyone to have a solid idea of
exactly how it works.
In their marketing Perry talks
about how he has over ninety
thousand people following him on
twitter. The guys email list is
probably a few hundred thousand.
So he just funnelled them onto
his twitter page. If you haven’t
got a large email list yet
you’re screwed.
Ryan and Perry are brilliant,
brilliant marketers. But don’t
get sucked into the hype. Unless
you are already successful
online this won’t be worth a
look. If you can afford it, and
have a successful business it
might be worth checking out. But
rest assured this is not a long
term traffic strategy that they
will teach you.
Adam Berry’s Much Anticipated
Course
I know you are probably
desperate to earn some quick
cash on the internet. And I also
know that you probably don’t
want to have to invest much time
or money. What if, on top of
that, you could do it without a
web site or any marketing as
well. Would you be interested?

want to earn cash the easy and
lazy way and this is the only
way I can see anyone doing it in
