Ramp Up Your Profits With Virtual Property Member
Rights
Hi
Friend,
Yesterday you
were probably wondering where on
earth your VPT newsletter had
got to. Well, don’t panic, I
didn’t get a memory loss attack
and forget which day of the week
it was. We’ve actually decided
to publish our eletter on a
Wednesday instead of a Tuesday
because we’ve noticed many other
companies seem to send out
information on Tuesdays.
At Virtual
Property Tycoon we, as always,
like to be different and, in
order that our quality
newsletter doesn’t get mixed up
with all the other stuff filling
up your inbox, as of today,
Wednesday will be the day to
keep your eyes peeled.
Okay let’s
crack on. This week I want to
let you in on a new business
concept I’ve come up with that
is really, really exciting.
Trust me you’re going to love
the simplicity of this one.
In today’s
eletter I’ll explain to you what
Virtual Property Member Right is
all about and give you some
ideas of how you can get into
it. Using these techniques you
can not only ramp up your
Virtual Property profits but you
can also generate regular
monthly income.
Virtual Property Member Rights -
Monthly Pay Checks In The Bank
Let me start
by explaining how I came up with
this
concept. Then I’ll give you an
actual business idea
that you can get started with
today and go and make
some cash with.
Member sites are one of, if not
THE most lucrative
industries to get into online.
Earning a residual income
and knowing you’ve got a regular
payment coming in every month is
very reassuring.
I had a member site running for
two years which
people paid me a twenty quid a
month subscription for. Included
on the site was a series of
video seminars I had created
teaching people how to play the
guitar. Now, I’ll be honest with
you, I love the sound of guitar
but when it comes to playing it
I wouldn’t even know which end
to hold.
So how did
I create the seminars? You’ve
guessed it, I sourced a book on
guitar playing from the public
domain (i.e a book without
copyright) then created some
powerpoint slides which I turned
it into a video seminar using
Camtasia - available from
www.techsmith.com
Then I
noticed the site hadn’t been
updated for a year, yet people
were still paying me. Why would
they do that? Surely the whole
reason someone stays on as a
member of a membership site is
to get new content each month.
That’s true. But Virtual
Property Member Rights is a
whole new ball game...
Now I wish I could tell you
stories of how I invented this
new idea but the truth is, just
like so many great ideas, I
stumbled upon it purely by
accident.
When I
realised what was happening I
emailed the few remaining
members and explained that the
site was now outdated and they
should cancel their
subscription. Of course, I also
offered to refund them what
they’d paid since the site had
last been updated.
To my surprise I received
replies from my members saying
they weren’t interested in
updated content. They were only
interested in the video seminars
I provided on my site. Why?
Because they were using them to
give away as a gift from their
own web sites which was helping
them to build their email lists.
As one of the
subscribers said, “I’m making a
lot more from my expanding email
list than the twenty quid I’m
paying you each month Ed.
Therefore, I’ve remained a
member so I can continue to give
your videos away as a
complimentary gift from my own
site.”
Suddenly,
casting modesty aside here, it
dawned on me just how much of a
genius I had been without even
realising it!
You see what I had done, all be
it inadvertently, was to give my
subscribers the right or license
to use my video seminars. They
could use this to give away from
their web sites and build their
email list for as long as they
were a member of my site. When
they cancelled, the license
would be revoked and they would
no longer be able to give away
the videos.
This idea hit me like a freight
train. What had started
out as a member site with
content still had subscribers
paying two and a half years
later because of one simple
video seminar I had let them
have a license to.
I started thinking about this
whole virtual property member
rights idea. The more I thought
about it, the more profitable I
realised it could be.
Think about
this for a second. If you had
just fifty people
paying you twenty quid a month
you’d make twelve grand a year.
Think about how you much you
would be earning with over one
hundred subscribers and a
monthly subscription of one
hundred quid!
That’s a lot
of money.
Time to dig a
little deeper…
You could
start a normal membership site,
say in a niche market like
Playing Golf, and add articles
and content each month and
charge ten dollars a month per
subscriber.
You could do that but it would
take a long while to
make any serious cash. I only
get properly inspired when I
know I’m going to make a killing
so I put my thinking cap on
again...
I soon came up with Virtual
Property Member Rights. If you
put this bad boy into action you
can generate some major money.
An Instant Business Idea using
Virtual Property Member Rights –
Monthly Product Programs
There are literally millions of
web sites in the self help niche
market. There are also thousands
of books in the public domain
(books without copyright) on
self help - books that the
majority of these site owners
won’t even know exist. (A
library of these self help books
is included in the VPT Deluxe
version by the way, as well as
two books with the VPT
complimentary report).
Each month you grab one of these
self help books from
the public domain and read it
out into a basic microphone that
you can get from a computer
store, or use software such as
‘text aloud’ which you can get
from
www.nextup.com . You then
turn the audio into a video
series using Microsoft
PowerPoint (also available from
a computer store if you haven’t
got it already).
Now you could just sell this
yourself. But it would take a
lot of work and a lot of
marketing. What I would do is
create a member site. Using
sites like
www.memberstar.com you can
create a membership site without
any technical knowledge. At your
member site people pay you
ninety dollars a month for a
license to sell that self help
program. Each month you give
them a new self help
program.
You could
even have their sales letters
written and sell the resell
rights to them for one hundred
and fifty dollars a month.
Have the audio or video series
burnt onto CD or DVD and sell
resell rights to them for three
hundred dollars a month.
Why would people be willing to
pay you that much? It’s
a lot of money yes. But if
they’re then selling the audio
program for, say, forty dollars,
all they have to do is sell
five in a month and they’re in
profit.
People go nuts for this kind of
turnkey opportunity. And
the fact of the matter is you
could introduce virtual property
member rights to any product you
create in any niche market on
the planet.
It Gets Better...
Remember my subscribers not
wanting to cancel in
case I revoked their licence?
Yours won’t want to cancel
either.
If you have sold a license for
one of your virtual property
products to someone and they’re
selling your product on for more
than what they are paying you
for your license, why would they
stop?
And that’s the key to virtual
property member rights. If you
create (or hire someone else to
create) a license to something
that helps people grow their
business they will be willing to
pay you big money every month -
and stay with you for years.
I hope you’re as excited as I am
about virtual property member
rights. I’m currently working on
my own VP member rights project
which I will keep you updated
with.
To give you a
helping hand I’ll be giving you
a great complimentary book
that’s already been converted
into text document and audio
format in the next week or two.
Make sure you look out for my
next newsletter which from now
on will be sent out every
Wednesday.
Until next
week,
Ed
