money as one of our JV brokers.
Remember we pay our JV brokers
one hundred dollars per deal
they set up, so, by simply
sending off a few emails and
setting up a few deals, you can
make five hundred to a thousand
bucks or more.
This week I’m giving you a
step by step breakdown of
exactly what you need to do to
make money as a Virtual Property
Tycoon JV Broker:
Step One.
Let me know that you would like
to become a JV Broker for
Virtual Property Tycoon. All you
need to do is email me at
jvs@virtualpropertytycoon.com
with your unique JV reference
code which will be your initials
plus your date of birth. You
must ensure you give me your
date of birth as a six figure
number in the format DDMMYY (so,
for example, if your name is
John Taylor and you were born on
11th January 1973
your JV Code would be JT110173).
Step Two.
Watch my new Joint Venture
Broker training video which you
will find at:
http://www.virtualpropertytycoon.com/jvs/jvtrainer.htm
This will show exactly how
to find loads of JV partners for
Virtual Property Tycoon. There
are literally millions of web
sites that are perfect to
promote the Virtual Property
Tycoon web site. All you have to
do is a bit of digging around on
Google, etc.
Step Three.
Find the contact information on
the web site you wish to broker
a JV deal with.
Step Four.
Using the techniques in the
video just copy and paste the JV
approach email template below
and send it to the contact at
the web sites you've found.
Remember to fill in the blanks
in the approach email before you
send it. DO NOT send a JV email
to more than one person at a
time (it will be seen as spam,
will not be read and you will
have wasted your time!)
Step Five.
Wait for a positive reply. This
will either be sent to you or
directly to me. Either way, so
long as you tell them, in the
email you send them, to include
your unique JV Code we will
ensure you get paid one hundred
dollars per successful deal.
Step Six.
The people you get positive
responses from then have to sign
up to the Virtual Property
Tycoon affiliate program (as you
tell them to in the email you
send) at:
http://www.virtualpropertytycoon.com/affiliates.htm
In the opt-in box they DO need to enter YOUR JV
Code that you provided them with
in the approach email. By doing
this we can keep track of every
JV partnership that you set up.
That’s it. It really is
that simple!
You can start this
business straight away and be
making cash within a few hours.
It’s simple, easy, no cost and
providing you can send an email
you have all the skills you need
to be a Virtual Property Tycoon
JV broker. If you’re looking for
an easy way to make a killing
online this is it.
Be realistic. Not every
email you send out will result
in a deal. You’ll get one of
three responses. One. No reply.
Two. A negative reply (e.g.
‘thanks but no thanks’). Three.
A positive reply. Obviously, the
third option is the one you’re
after but don’t get disheartened
if you don’t broker deals
straight away. Some days will be
very good, other days you may
not get any deals at all. Stick
at it and remember by setting up
one deal I will pay you one
hundred dollars. So just ten of
these a week and you’re making a
grand. You could probably set up
ten in a day!

approach email template (just
copy and paste this, fill in the
blanks and send it out
individually to potential JV
partners):

So, for example, if the web site was called www.moneymakers.com in the subject line you would write 'About your web site Moneymakers' - MAKING SURE you remove any 'http://' or 'www', etc prefixes and remove any '.com', etc suffixes.
