Hi Friend,

Hope you enjoyed my complimentary sales copy writing report last week. I always like to reward my loyal subscribers with plenty of useful gifts.  I’ve had some great feedback so if you didn’t get it please click on the link below (it’s also been updated since last week):

As promised, this week I’m going to give you part two of my Power Product Profits Blueprint, which I actually refer to as Super-Power Product Profits as it really is such powerful and valuable information. I’m reluctantly revealing a couple of really cool secrets today but I’m saving these till last so please bear with we and read top to bottom for it all to make sense.

Ok, so two weeks ago (click on the link at the bottom for back issues) I explained how to research and create a market busting product. Next you need to sell as much as you can of your downloadable product by telling the whole world about it. And here I’m going to run you quickly through all the most important steps. Hold on to your hats…

Step One. Rent A Place In Cyber Space

You’re going to sell your product via a web site so first of all you need to think of a suitable domain name for your new web site. For example, if it was about kitesurfing you could call it www.kitesurfingextreme.com . There are many places you can register your domain name. I use www.dreamhost.com which is very good. Just type in your domain, check it’s available and buy it for a few dollars.

Next you need to get hosting. You can usually do this at the site you registered your domain. Hosting is the place in ‘cyber place’ where your web site etc will run from. (You wouldn’t just do this from your home computer as it has to run 24-7, etc). There are loads of hosting sites, www.hostgator.com is another good one.

Step Two. Web Site Basics

Don’t worry this is very very simple! To create your web site you need to download some basic software, such as Microsoft FrontPage, Microsoft Expression or Dreamweaver. Google these and you’ll soon find them. Once you’ve done that you can construct your page very similarly to working on a Word document. It really is that easy. If you do get stuck you can go to Youtube.com and type in ‘How to build a mini web site’ and you’ll find loads of easy to follow tutorials.

Important things to remember towards the bottom of your web site, are a powerfull ‘Call to action’, a ‘Buy’ Button, a money back guarantee and at least two P.S’s reminding the reader why they should buy your outstanding offer right now. You MUST save your main web page as ‘index’. This is just so when someone types in your domain name in their web browser they will find your site.

Next you upload your web site to your hosting account. For this you need to first get some upload software such as www.smartftp.com . I use http://filezilla-project.org/ which is free. Again if you need any help uploading go to Youtube.com and type in ‘How to upload a web page’.

Step Three. Auto Responder

This is an extremely important component of your web site so please read carefully. When someone visits your web site, whether they buy or not, you want to record their email address and name so you can contact them later. You do this by setting up an auto responder. www.aweber.com is a great place for getting these, register an account and it costs you less than twenty dollars a month. You will then be able to add an opt-in box to your site and collect details from people who sign up.

On your web site you must offer a powerful incentive for readers to sign up (opt-in), such as a free bonus or newsletter. It must be good to keep ahead of your competition. In your aweber account you set up a sequence of automatic emails to send out to each new subscriber that will hopefully convert them into customers further down the line. You can also send them weekly newsletters and other promotional offers too. This will ramp up your profits longer term.

Remember your email list is your most valuable asset and if you nurture it by building rapport and trust, those people will effectively pay your wages for ever. Aweber provide lots of simple help to set up your account with them. If you need any further advice, again visit Youtube and type in something sensible.

Step Four. Accepting Payments

I would recommend you use www.clickbank.com to start with. There are other platforms such as www.1shoppingcart.com . Clickbank costs $49 to activate your account. You simply enter a few details as it requests, including your web site URL, which, for example, for www.kitesurfingextreme.com would be http://www.kitesurfingextreme.com , wait a couple of days to have your site approved and then your away!

Step Five. Thank You Page And Download Page

This is another very basic web page that you must create. It’s the page your buyer gets directed to after they purchase. Clickbank will tell you what to put on the top of it. Then put an aweber opt in box below and say ‘in order to complete your purchase you must fill in your details below’. The buyer then gets redirected to your download page (which you will have created earlier) and here they can download your product – ebook, audio, video, whatever it is you created.

Step Six. Getting Traffic (Visitors) To Your Web Site

The key to your success is getting relevant visitors or targeted traffic to your web site. There are many ways you can do this. To start with I recommend submitting a press release to www.prweb.com announcing your new web site. Next, write and submit ten articles with good quality content related to your web site, to article directories such as ezinearticles.com or goarticles.com. You are not allowed to self promote in the body of the article but you can put a link back to your site in the signature box so make sure you get it spot on.

Next think about advertising in ezines or newsletters related to your niche. To find these, type in [your niche] ezine or [your niche] newsletter into google and only approach the quality ones that you find.

Then you can think about setting up joint ventures. You find related web sites, look for the contact information and invite the owner to promote your product for a big commission (50-75%). This way you can ‘piggyback’ for nothing on the email list that they have already spent time and money building. They may also want to  put an advertising banner for your site on their web site.

Once you have money coming in you can invest some of the profits on advertising such as Google Adwords, Pay Per Click and banners. This requires time, money and specific training. Don’t just plunge into it before you know how to go about it otherwise you’ll end up losing a lot of money.

Sourcing Ready Made Products For Peanuts

If you’re not in to the idea of product creation, don’t worry because you can source high quality ready made products for next to nothing if you know where to look. A great place to source free content is www.gutenberg.org. If you’re happy to spend a few dollars you can source public domain books from www.abebooks.com . Just look for books published before 1923 in America by typing in the correct search criteria and see what you can find. Do check they are definitely in the public domain before you use them. If you’re willing to invest a bit more money you could always hire someone on elance.com to write an ebook for you.

How To Dominate Your Niche With A Super-Power Product

Now this is my area of particular expertise. Many people come into the internet marketing business and expect to make a fortune in days. Fact is you won’t. But for those prepared to put in a little effort and time you can make a lot of money.

Instead of just selling the easiest thing you can produce, such as an ebook, why not go to the trouble of turning your ebook into an audio or video product? This is seen as an advanced technique but is actually as easy as passing out in bed after a big Saturday night. This way you’ll instantly be ahead of ninety nine per cent of your competition. Hire someone to read the books out from www.voice123.com or use the software at www.nextup.com . Very cheap, very quick and very profitable.

If you want to make a video go to www.techsmith.com and download the free trial of camtasia studio. You simply create power point slides to accompany the audio for the book, combine the two using camtasia and hey presto you’ve got a high value video which you can package together with others and sell for $197 to $497 a pop. Hardly anyone else goes to this sort of trouble (me and you know it’s actually very easy) but by doing so your products will be modern, unique, irresistible to the buyer and will blow your competition into orbit!

Fuse this together with the money multiplier effect of downloadable products and the high ‘perceived value’ of information and you’re in for a profit avalanche.

That’s what I call a Super-Power Product, that’s how to dominate your niche, that’s how I do it and that’s how to make the big bucks. I’ve reluctantly revealed exactly what you need to do to join me and other wealthy tycoons on the inside. I know you’re now as pumped up as I am to get started. I realise getting started is the hardest part but, armed with this powerful information, I’m sure you’ll agree it would be an act of insanity not to take action right now.

From next week onwards I’m changing my email ‘From’ detail. Instead of From ‘Virtual Property Tycoon – Ed Walters’ my newsletter will be from ‘Ed Walters – Virtual Property Tycoon’. The reason I have to change this back is because most people recognise my name so it will appear more familiar to you in your inbox. So from next week remember to look out for my newsletter From ‘Ed Walters – Virtual Property Tycoon’.

See you next week,

Ed Walters
