Using Youtube For Instant Virtual Property Profits

Hi Friend,

In this weeks VPT Solution email newsletter I’m going to let you in on an underground business secret that the real big top gun entrepreneurs are keeping out of the public eye. You don’t need any web site or marketing skills to earn from it. It’s all done for you.

You’ll know by now that virtual property comes in many forms. Anything online that can bring you in hands off cash is prime virtual real estate. Youtube, with it’s hundreds of millions of visitors a day, is at the top of the tree in virtual property stakes.

Before I show you exactly how to generate cash from Youtube let me explain what it is for those of you who may have been living under a rock. Youtube is a video sharing web site where people can upload videos on any subject and share them with the world. These videos can end up getting millions of views. And that, my friend, is where the virtual property tycoons are raking it in.

Some of these videos are getting hundreds of thousands, even millions of views, and people are not making any returns from them. If they added a link to a web site on a video that had two million views do you think they could make some cash? Hell yes.

Check this video out:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lcmb4RplClQ

That video has over two million views and it teaches people how to play guitar chords. It’s just plain common sense that the people watching that video are interested in learning guitar right?

So imagine if you owned that video. You are getting tens of thousands of views a day from people interested in learning guitar. You could go and find a web site that teaches people how to play guitar and sign up as an affiliate to it. You get your affiliate link and anyone who visits the site via your affiliate link and signs up to the guitar course gets you a commission. You add your affiliate link to that video and boom, all of a sudden you are making a killing from that one video.

Problem is you haven’t got that video. It’s someone else’s. Damn it!

Here’s the thing though. These people with these videos are not virtual property tycoons. They don’t know they’re sitting on a potential goldmine. They’re just happy to get their video out there getting tons of views.

This is where you can come in. You contact them and say “Hey, I’ll pay you a hundred bucks a week if you add my link to your video description”. Trust me on this one most youtube users will bite your hand off at that price. Because most of them are broke.

You may think one hundred bucks is a lot of money. But think about it, you might sign up to an affiliate program that pays out thirty dollars commission per sale. Thousands or even tens of thousands of people are seeing your link every day. And they are targeted visitors too. You could end up making dozens of sales of the site you are promoting per day. People would spend thousands on pay per click marketing to get those kinds of returns.

Buying And Flipping For Profit

You can even try buying the video. Email the Youtube user asking them how much they’d want for you to buy the youtube account off of them. Often they’ll think they’re taking you for a ride and say something like “five hundred dollars”, never expecting you to take them up on it.

Little do they know huh!

This type of video virtual property is an absolute goldmine, and the owners just don’t realise what they’re sitting on.

There’s another step to the process. If you own that video, and it’s getting thousands or more views a day, put the account up for sale on web sites like http://www.buysellwebsite.com/ You could end up selling it for tens of thousands to experienced marketers who know the value of what you have on your hands.

Buy low, sell high. That’s the key to all property millionaires. Virtual video property is no different.

To get started just go to youtube.com and type in markets you are interested in. Golf, guitar, weight loss, muscle building…anything that is a hobby of yours. Then just find videos that have a lot of views, fifty thousand minimum, click on the username of the video creator and shoot them a message. First of all offer to buy the account from them. If they reject that, offer to pay them one hundred dollars a week to add your link to their video description (which is of course your affiliate link to a web site in that market).

This is an instant business that can make you a lot of money for very little work. Give it a try and let me know how you get on.

An Instant Business For You Next Week

By the way I’ve been getting a lot of emails from people desperate for one on one mentoring from me. My coaching program usually costs a grand. Not cheap I know. There’s a recession on now though and I want to help my readers and customers out. So next week, and next week only, I’ll be releasing my coaching places for under two hundred dollars.

You read that right. A years worth of personal coaching for a one time payment of under two hundred dollars.

There are only ten spots available. And please don’t email me asking to sign up now because it’s not available yet. I’m also going to give you a turnkey business, even if you don’t come onto the coaching program. I had originally planned to give you the turnkey business this week but I wanted to make sure it’s perfect for you first.

Make sure you read next Wednesdays email newsletter for more information.

To your virtual property success

Ed
